INFORMATION WE GATHER

The RalphPittle.com website uses online forms for users to request or provide information. When you fill out these forms, you may be asked to provide personal contact information such as name, address, email, and phone number. This information will only be used by RalphPittle.com to contact you in matters related to your claim or in regard to your specific request.

RalphPittle.com uses a feature of your browser called a "cookie" to assign a "User-ID". Cookies alone cannot be used to determine the identity of any user. Your User-ID automatically identifies your computer - but not you - to our servers when you visit our site. Unless you specifically tell us, RalphPittle.com will never know who you are, even though we assign your computer a cookie.   1. RalphPittle.com might share your information with experts retained to assist in your case, as well as other lawyers hired to help represent you. Medical Legal Consultants might share your information with attorneys under consideration to join your legal team, but only if those attorneys agree to maintain the privacy and security of your information. 
  2. RalphPittle.com reserves the right to disclose any information that it obtains through the RalphPittle.com site to appropriate governmental or regulatory authorities, if required by law or any governmental agency.

WE RESTRICT ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

Except as provided above, RalphPittle.com treats the information gathered on the site as internal information and will not share it with anybody outside of RalphPittle.com or those retained on your behalf. RalphPittle.com will never willfully disclose personally identifiable information collected on its website to any third party, without your permission, except to those retained to work on your behalf.

We maintain your personal data in encrypted form on a secure server. You have access to it through your username and password, as well a CAPTCHA (an image containing a numerical or alphabetic code that can normally only be read and interpreted by a human). We also grant those who are working on your behalf access to your data, but we require a higher level of security from them and more challenging passwords. All access to the data may be audited to provide more detailed reporting and security.

OPT-OUT POLICY

We use the information we collect from you at RalphPittle.com to better manage our pursuit of your claim. However, you may choose not to provide personal details through RalphPittle.com, You are not required to use RalphPittle.com to be a client of the firm.

The firm may still maintain information about you and your claim in its database and make that information available to those working on your behalf.

While you are not required to provide any personal data whatsoever to RalphPittle.com, doing so might lessen our ability to manage and pursue your case. Your choosing not to provide needed personal information either through RalphPittle.com or other methods could be grounds for us to stop representing you in your claim.

You are in control of how RalphPittle.com employs cookies. You can prevent RalphPittle.com from establishing a unique User-ID. You can do this by choosing to disable or be notified about cookies. RalphPittle.com recommends that you visit either Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft's Internet Explorer cookie to learn more about managing cookies.

CHANGING OR DELETING YOUR INFO

You have the ability to change or delete information about you in your profile and in your Health History Questionnaire. To change or delete Profile or Health History Questionnaire information, simply login through the Client Login tab, select the file you wish to change, make the changes and click Save or Submit. You may use the opt-out feature described above to prevent RalphPittle.com from linking anonymous information to your computer. If you disable cookies on your computer, RalphPittle.com cannot use cookies to identify your computer.
